When I created my first Instagram account in 2015, I chose the username ‘Mama3Queens‘ because, at that time, my whole essence centered on my identity as a mother. Since then, I divorced, completed a second masters’ degree, changed jobs, suffered financial and emotional hardships, got therapy, and started rebuilding from ground zero.
Today, my identity is more than being a mom. I am a self-lover, a rehabilitated ‘boundary-less people-pleaser,’ focused on parenting balanced and happy first-generation tall American girls, acquiring wealth, and finding love.
During the day, I work in academia, and after hours, I work on ‘my’ projects. I love working out, coffee, volunteering, music, and travel.
This immigrant single mom of three Queens, Haara, Lemachi, and Sommy, wants to find her community, share her experience, grow a knowledge base through our exchanges, and support each other on this journey so we can collectively defy odds and win!
